Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of urban:STREET at https://urban-street.ildar.space (the “Service”). The Service is provided by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], trading as IL DARK, [STREET ADDRESS, CITY, POSTCODE, COUNTRY] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
urban:STREET is a web application for designing street cross-sections and plan fragments and for exporting drawings and 3D models (PNG, PDF, SVG, DXF, JSON, Rhino 3DM, OBJ). Designing and viewing streets is available without an account. Downloading files requires a free account; the Pro plan removes download limits.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your email address (one-time link or code) or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information and do not share accounts.
3. Plans, prices and billing
- Free plan. Unlimited PNG images; 10 PDF/SVG/DXF/JSON downloads and 3 Rhino 3DM/OBJ downloads per calendar month (UTC).
- Pro plan. $2 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes. Pro gives unlimited downloads in all formats.
- Recurring billing. Pro is a subscription that renews automatically each month on the same date until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription or via the link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Promo codes. Promo codes may grant Pro for a limited period or a discount at checkout. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, may be limited in number and time, and may be withdrawn if obtained or used improperly.
4. Payments via Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
6. Your content
Streets you design, and the drawings and models you export, belong to you. You may use exported files for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects, without attribution. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your saved streets solely to provide the Service. If you submit a suggested template correction, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish it as part of the Service’s templates.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, graphics, symbol library and templates are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service or its assets except as needed to use exported drawings.
8. Acceptable use
Do not: attempt to bypass download limits or payment; access the Service by automated means at a rate that harms it; share Pro access; interfere with security; use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Design information — no professional advice
Dimensions, templates, national defaults and checks (including fire-access checks) are indicative design aids compiled from public sources. They are not engineering, legal or regulatory advice and may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying designs against applicable regulations and for obtaining professional review and approvals.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of the current billing period.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to hello@ildar.space. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 6–11 survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for account holders, by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE / REGISTRATION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
