If you are not satisfied with urban:STREET Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — the first payment or any monthly renewal. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund; or
- Email hello@ildar.space with the email address you used to pay.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded, the related subscription is cancelled and Pro access ends. Your account, saved streets and previously downloaded files stay with you; the free plan limits apply again.
Cancellation without a refund
You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future charges; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Beyond 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a billing error or a prolonged service outage — contact us and we will review your case.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
